Leonard Research builds custom electro-optic instrumentation specializing in polarimeters, ellipsometers, scatterometers, and infrared polarizers. Measurement services include ellipsometry and scatterometry (BRDF) in the visible and IR. A repair service and software upgrades are offered for most ellipsometers.
