We manufacture more than 1500 standard semiconductor products including darlingtons, IGBT's, JFETs, MOSFETs, Rectifiers, Industrial & SMD Voltage Regulators, various power hybrids and many more custom products to source control drawings. We currently utilize over 400 different package styles including TO-254, TO-257, TO-258, TO-259, and a wide selection of power and small signal hybrid packages.
