This most recent A2LA renewal includes the addition of Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM/EDS) under the Mechanical Testing umbrella and a number of new calibration services performed by LTI Metrology, the calibration and dimensional inspection division of Laboratory Testing Inc. Laboratory Testing Inc. received its first A2LA accreditation certificate in 1989 for dimensional testing and added the calibration certificate in 2001. The lab has continued to expand the scope of accredited material testing and calibration services over the past 20 years.
