ASC International Receives High Marks for Customer Satisfaction

ASC International recently contracted with an independent third party satisfaction firm to conduct a survey regarding the company's overall customer satisfaction rate.

"The intent of the survey is to gauge the level of satisfaction our customers have with our entire product base," National Business Manager Steve Arneson asserts. "The customer's honest feedback helps to create a sounding board for future product, service and support enhancements."

The survey results are as follows:

Product ease of use 90%
Manufacturing quality 95%
Responsiveness to requests 95%
Alternative product comparisons 90%
Value vs. price comparisons 95%
Combined Average Score: 94.2%
