The American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) is a
professional association of physicians engaged in the practice and research of
electromyography and related neurophysiologic procedures. The primary goal of the
AANEM is to increase the quality of patient care, specifically for patients with
disorders of skeletal muscle, neuromuscular function, and the central and peripheral
nervous systems, by contributing to steady improvement in the methods of
electrodiagnostic medicine.
